How do I hard reset my Keurig
To reset a Keurig brewer:
Turn the brewer off and keep it unplugged for some minutes. Plug it back and start a brew cycle again. If water appears to be leaking from the bottom of your Keurig brewer, try the troubleshooting tips:
Verify the water isn’t coming from the cold water reservoir. To see if the cold water reservoir is leaking, remove the cold water reservoir and check if there is water in the well underneath. Green light next to the power button on the LED control center will illuminate green to indicate the brewer is powered on. Green light next to AUTO OFF will be illuminated when Auto-Off Timer feature is on.
To turn Auto-Off Timer feature on, press the black button above the power button. When Auto-Off Timer is enabled, your brewer will automatically turn off two hours after your last brew. To turn off the Auto-Off Timer, simply press the black button again and the green light next to AUTO OFF will turn off.
Red light next to HEATING on the LED control center may light as the water is heated for the next brew cycle. The brewer will be ready for use in approximately 20 seconds. Amber light next to DE-SCALE will illuminate when sensors in the brewer detect that scale buildup is interfering with the performance of the brewer. You should promptly de-scale once the de-scale light illuminates on the LED control center to avoid continued scale buildup that could damage the brewer. Blue light next to ADD WATER indicates the water level in the reservoir is low or if the water reservoir has been removed. The brewer will not allow you to brew when the blue ADD WATER light is illuminated. The light will go out 3 seconds after installing or refilling the tank.

The “add more water” error message mostly comes about when there are issues with the water reservoir. You might get this message if there are problems like the brewer leaking water when heating. The error also occurs if you are adding less water than the maximum line. To clear the error:
Take out the reservoir and clean it thoroughly using soap, rinse it, and then dry it using a cloth. Then put the reservoir back and fill it to the maximum line again. If the issue persists, try resetting your Keurig 2.0.
“Prime error “message
This error message usually appears when the water doesn’t come out of the reservoir. To clear the error, try the following troubleshooting tips:
Clean the dirty reservoir. After you have placed the water reservoir, run a water-only brew cycle to check if the brewer draws water or not. When removing and replacing it, ensure that there are no air bubbles inside and everything is aligned properly. Fill the water to max line in the reservoir and put an empty mug to fill in the water.
